BUSD Help Desk Addition

Payroll, Human Resources, and Benefits have joined the Help Desk team! We have added a new Help Topic "Pay Issues" for employees to request information and help with issues related to their pay and benefits. Please continue to use the Help Desk Website to make requests for help with Technology, and issues related to employee pay and benefits.


Help Desk Tickets

In order to streamline requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Click the Open a New Ticket button to the right to create a Help Desk ticket. Full instructions for creating a Help Desk ticket are here.

2SV (Two-Step Verification) Help

If you are having trouble accessing your School Google account you may call the 2SV support hotline at 510-644-4555 or enter a help desk ticket. If you enter a help desk ticket please include an email address you can access and/or include another method of contact.
