2SV (Two-Step Verification) Help

If you are having trouble accessing your School Google account you may call the 2SV support hotline at 510-644-4555 or enter a help desk ticket. If you enter a help desk ticket please include an email address you can access and/or include another method of contact. Help Desk Tickets

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
